Since 1985, Congress of Soil Science is organized regularly once in two years. Its plenary session comprises of invited presentations by leading scientists related to the Congress Theme and the volunteered papers are presented either orally or as posters. The Congress recommendations are disseminated amongst federal and provincial policy makers, division maker in agricultural research, education and extension, and agro-based industry.
